Lower Limbs Varicose Veins
(C.G., m., 67 ani / years old)
 Clinical Appearance: massive dilatations of the lower limbs veins. In the right poplyteal region it is noticed clinical elements.
Clinic: dilatații varicoase importante la nivelul membrelor pelvine. În regiunea poplitee dreaptă se observă elementele clinice ale tromboflebitei superficiale: tumefacție, hiperemie, edem.
 Intraoperative Photograph: crosectomy, saphena stripping, excision of the varicose dilatations - Algave - Terrier procedure. 
Aspect intraoperator: crosectomie, stripping-ul safenei, excizia pachetelor varicoase prin incizii etajate - procedeu Algave - Terrier.

 Thrombosed varicose dilatations on the saphena magna vein. 
Pachete varicoase trombozate pe traiectul venei saphena magna.
 Postoperatory aspect.

 Clinical Manifestations: good postoperative evolution with anticoagulant (per os) treatement. The patient registered again for surgical cure for varicose dilatations on the left limb. 
Clinic: evoluție postoperatorie bună sub tratament continuu cu anticoagulant per os. Pacientul revine pentru cura chirurgicală a varicelor de partea stângă.
 Postoperative aspect.
Aspect postoperator imediat.
 Cutaneous necrosis limitated on the shank level.
Necroză cutanată limitată la nivelul gambei.
