Clinical Manifestations: red tumefaction, fluctuency, painfull of the left buttock (A). Puncture: fluid and yellow pus (B). Bacteriologycal exam: Staphylococcus.
Clinic: tumefacție roșie, fluctuentă, dureroasă, a fesei stângi (A). Puncție: puroi fluid, gălbui (B). Examen bacteriologic: Stafilococ.
 Oblique incision in the superexternal dial of the buttock (rachidian anesthesia).
Incizie oblică în cadranul superoextern al fesei (anestezie rahidiană).
 Incision aspect after 7 days.
Aspectul inciziei după 7 zile.
